On the third day of my birthday trip, I move from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort to the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel! I really love the Swan and Dolphin Resort. I also hit up Disney Springs for dinner at Planet Hollywood, Paddlefish and then check out Disney's Pin Traders!
