Shipping policy

Here is what to expect after you place an order, from processing to your mailbox.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping methods and times

We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico using USPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect timing.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with your household and neighbors and allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items early. If it still does not turn up, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at disneypinsblog@gmail.com
