Walt Disney World June 2015 Pin Event Recap

Last weekend we attended the pin event at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Not only were we treated with a sneak peak of the upcoming pins between July through September, we also get an exclusive look at the pins being sold for GenEARation D event and the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Pin creators of the GenEARation D pins were there to showcase the different pins as well as give some backstory and meaning behind how and why they decided to make these pins. There is plenty of details that go into these pins from the hidden mickeys on the pins itself to the numbers on the display box.
The pin event is still always a great visual experience to see all kinds of different pins that people have to trade. It's a nice change from always looking at the pins sold at Downtown Disney and on the lanyards of cast members.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party Pins
GenEARation D pins are available for preorder in the coming weeks and available for pickup at the event on September 11-12th. Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween pins will be available on the first night of the event in September.
As always we had a fantastic time at the pin event and walked out trading for some really nice pins. We can't wait until the next pin event. Hopefully they will showcase the new Very Merry Christmas Pins. Fingers crossed.
