WDW 9.13.13 Recap

Well, today was day 2 of my Disney World trip. It was Friday the 13th!

I started off my day by getting breakfast at the boardwalk bakery. I had an egg and bacon biscuit. Yummy! After that we walked over to the entrance of Epcot. Once it opened, we went straight to test track. I love the new ride experience! Looks like TRON.

After that, we went to ride Soarin' and then Spaceship Earth. I absolutely love both of those attractions. The sights, smells and general feel of the environment is incredible. Then we got lunch at the Electric Umbrella! I had a cheeseburger with fries and it was great.

After lunch we did a little shopping and I met Disney artist, Larry Dotson! He was at the Art of Disney store. I bought the organ player haunted mansion print and he signed it. Here is a picture of him and I.

Then we rode Living with the Land! Another great attraction. We also had some Coke from different countries. After that I went to pre-register for the 13 Reflections of Evil event and picked up my pins!

We then decided to go back to the resort to relax for a bit and I took a quick swim in the pool. It was pretty hot outside, about 92 degrees, but I love the heat! :) Then we went back to EPCOT and hit up world showcase! We rode Maelstrom and the boat ride at the Mexico pavilion. After that it was dinner time at Tutto Italia! Such a great meal.

After dinner we headed back to the Boardwalk Inn and got ready to go to Hollywood Studios for the night.

So DHS was extremely crowded for the Unleash the Villains event. The park was open until 1 a.m. We got fast pass for the Tower of Terror, which was amazing! My favorite ride. Then we watched some of the villains concert and listened to the DJ. Finally, we left the park around 10 p.m. because it was so crowded. I did some shopping at our resort and more pin trading of course! Overall it was an awesome day!!

Tomorrow is the 13 Reflections of Evil pin trading event!
