Steven Miller from Disney Parks Blog recently announced a special Star Wars Weekends pin that will be released the last weekend of the event!
- What: A limited edition stormtrooper pin
- When: June 12-14, 2015 (Last weekend of Star Wars Weekends)
- Where: Darth's Mall
What's really cool is twenty-five percent of the retail sale price of this pin will be donated to U.S. Fund for UNICEF in support of UNICEF Kid Power. This is an innovative new program that uses the world’s first Wearable-For-Good to get youth physically active to provide lifesaving, nutrition-rich food packets to kids in need around the world. That's what Star Wars: Force For Change is all about!
There will also be a T-shirt available for Adults and Kids featuring a Stormtrooper from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. These two items are the first Star Wars: The Force Awakens products released by Disney Parks!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in theaters on December 18, 2015.
