On the front of the card holder, Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse watch a movie from their car. The license plate on the back reads “Love 28,” and the “screen” in front of them shows a black-and-white scene from a movie.

The reverse side has a clear slot for displaying your ID, and the lanyard strap features a black and white checkerboard pattern, reminiscent of a dance floor in a retro diner. The white boxes contain a motif of records, ice cream sundaes, popcorn, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and jukeboxes.
