Did you know that Disney Store Cast Members sometimes receive exclusive pins for good reviews? There are secret shoppers at Disney Store retail locations that rate their experience. They have three ratings: bad (Gaston), decent (Cogsworth) and excellent (Lumiere).

If a store receives a certain amount of Lumiere ratings within a given timeframe, the Cast Members are awarded with a pin! Here is a look at the 2018 version.

This beautiful hinged pin features "Be Our Guest" on the front in gold. The inside of course features Lumiere with a colorful background. Below is the back card which has the official Disney Pin Trading 2018 logo.
