Coolest Summer Ever: Disney 24-Hour Event 2015

About a week ago, Disney Parks held the 24-Hour event at Disneyland Park and the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World! A few of us at Disney Pins Blog attended the event at Walt Disney World. The Coolest Summer Ever kick-off started on May 22, 2015 with parks on both coasts staying open for a full 24 hours!

We didn't arrive at the Magic Kingdom until about 7pm. As you can see from the picture above, the train station has a banner reading "Coolest Summer Ever". As I entered the park, I could tell it was pretty crowded but was going to be an awesome time! I took this picture below of Main Street from the train station.

During the event I got to hang out with Jennifer (Blogger at DisneyPinsBlog.com) and also met a few of my Cast Member friends. It was great seeing everyone! I was really hoping for a 24-Hour event pin, but only Disneyland got one this year. It was the Diamond shaped pin with Dopey on it, click here to view.

As the night approached, the rain cleared up and the dance party started! It was really cool seeing the castle hub with everyone dancing, the lights and music! Such a cool scene.

I also spotted a new pin featuring Miles From Tomorrowland. This was at the Frontierland Trading Post store.

After a few times on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover, it was around 3am and I was ready to head back to the hotel. We would have stayed a little longer, but we had plans for Star Wars Weekends the next day at Disney's Hollywood Studios!
