Recently Disney Store brought this subscription back; however, some of the pins included were open edition. This switch did not go over well with Disney guests.

The LE of 500 sold me in a second. I was so excited about the Park Pack earlier this year, but the OE and the quality of the box and pins were a disappointment. I really hope the quality of pins and box go back to what it use to be.

Agree with the others. I canceled Version II after two shipments. I signed up for the LE box and can’t wait to see how it goes.

I had to call today because I haven’t received a tracking number for the September box yet. I placed my order on August 28th and was charged for it already. The woman said she contacted the subscription team and would call me Monday….Anyone else having issues?
I received an email on 9/24 saying it was going to ship and keep an eye out for the pack. I haven’t seen it yet and guest services hasn’t been able to get me an answer yet.
yeah, I’m chatting with the online chat support. The subscription has one order and I have another one from 9/24 saying AUG pin fulfillment. They area aware and should be shipping today. Bad communication on a nearly $600 subscription service. Not getting off on the right foot. :-S
Mine doesn’t show that it was shipped under the subscription but if I go to “Orders” there is now a tracking number for it. Says it will be delivered Friday. The CSR I spoke with did not call me back as promised but I am happy it has worked out. 🙂
Me too – hoping it come Thursday by some chance, we are going away for our anniversary to Bonita Springs and gonna bring our pins to reorganize while lounging at the pool. ?

so does that mean if you already currently have the subscription (monthly not yearly)then it will continue as usual and just charge more than previously? or do you have to start it up again
