Tokyo Disney Doll’s Day 2017 Pins
Hinamatsuri is a special day in Japan also known as Doll’s Day or Girls’ Day. Tokyo celebrates this holiday every year on March 3. They cover platforms with a red carpet which display different types of ornamental dolls. These dolls represent the Emperor, Empress, attendants, and musicians in traditional dress of the Heian period. Pretty neat!
In addition, these two pins above are open edition and exclusive to Tokyo Disney Resort. One pin depicts Mickey Mouse and the other is Minnie Mouse, both characters are wearing kimonos.
