Marvel has Assembled to Downtown Disney in a Big Way

Immediately following the Marvel Superhero Pin Singing, Disney had decided that the fun would not stop there and have a Marvel grand opening weekend to celebrate the new pins, merchandise, and movie; Avengers: Age of Ultron.

The Trading Post in Downtown Disney is hosting the mega weekend by opening the pin board located inside the shop from 1 p.m.-10 p.m. for the weekend. New pins will be added to the board every hour, so guest that arrive a little later in the day can enjoy finding a pin they will enjoy. Same rules apply for the pin board though, so only two pins per person per day.

Along with extended times of the pin board, the Trading Post will also be hosting a fun little matching card game all day from 10 a.m. -10 p.m. The rules of the game are that the guest will have 20 chances to try to randomly pick all six of the Avengers. If successful, the guest will win a mysterious grand prize, but if not, you still come out getting one free pin at random.

The Cast Member also gets to join in on the fun by changing up their usual uniform and wear only Avengers attire which they get to take home at the end of the day. This is Disney’s way to also promote the new t-shirts that were mention a few days ago.

Even The Incredible Hulk took time out of his busy schedule at the Lego Store to greet guest at the Trading Post.
