This is the Halloween on the High Seas 2020 pin, which is usually exclusive to Disney Cruise Line ships. If you want to keep your Halloween/Disney Cruise Line collections up-to-date, you can now purchase this pin at Walt Disney World. It became available on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.
It is limited edition of 2,500 and the retail price is $17.99.
