The best place to purchase event pins at Epcot would be Pin Central next to the fountains or the Festival Center. This location will be found in Future World between Universe of Energy and Mission: SPACE pavilions.
Please note, event pins tend to sell out rather quickly. If you see a pin you want while you are enjoying the festivities at Epcot, I would purchase it because you might not find it again!

Thanks for posting these! The Disney pin site is so bad now. I relied on them to post upcoming pins so I could plan my visits. Now, they barely show anything. Glad I can count on DPB for my pin planning!

No they usually only become available when the actual festival starts.
how come there are pics of them already online?
I’m trying to figure out when they go on sale too.
