Disney Hidden Mickey Pins 2016
UPDATE: 1/3/17 – Disney Parks Blog posted on January 3, 2017 that the “2016” Hidden Mickey pins we previewed at Pixar Party are now 2017 Hidden Mickey Pins.
A new collection of Hidden Mickey pins will soon be available for trade from cast members at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts. These pins will begin appearing on lanyards in early 2017.

8/26/16 – Today at the Pixar Party Pin Event, we got a preview of the 2016 Hidden Mickey Pins at Disney Parks! They are expected to be released in Fall 2016.

You can only find Hidden Mickey pins on Cast Member lanyards, and of course other park guests once they acquire the pins. Hidden Mickey pins cannot be purchased when they are first released.

I’m kind of disappointed in these. We’ve waited 3/4 of the year and they just don’t seem to pop or wow me 🙁

I really like the Scar smile one — I’ll be on the lookout for that for my Scar collection. Unfortunately, I don’t like the Scar pawprint one at all; I just think it looks kind of wonky. In fact, I think all the pawprint ones do. But the restroom signs in the Disneyland collection are pretty adorable, in my opinion!
Will the pins for 2016 show up like on a page like they have in the past? I usually print these out to put in my binder.
I’m not sure if Disney will post them on a flyer like they have in the past.
I just looked for my binder and I still can’t find them! But I see the lists for 2017 already 🙁

Yes, have seen the pics since August. But!!! NO PINS YET. FALL IS OVER. Disappointed isn’t even the words I am using to express myself!
Looking at the pins waiting for so long they have grown on me, just very disappointed that we went to both Disney World and Disneyland this year and wont be able to go for at least another year, but no new pins. I will say I loved the pins for 2015 and was able to get them all in
Disneyland, so not a total bust!
Have these pins been released yet??? Are they still calling them 2016 or should they just be called 2017??

They are already out at Disneyland. Someone already selling one of the smiles on Ebay. Why not WDW first since they actually like trading there.
Winder what happened to the 6th pin? I see that the 2017 flyer only shows 5 pins for each series and the 2016 preview had 6. For example, the only pin I really wanted was Percy in the dog bone collection and it’s missing from the flyer…

Those missing pins are probably the chaser pins, they have done this before.
Why is it saying the 2016 and 2017 pins are the same? are they really the same or have they not released the 2017 pins? I mean we are almost to 2018
These were announced in 2016 but didn’t really release until early 2017.

Why do you not include the completer pins on the nice white sheet?
