Fall 2015 Gathering Recap
The Disney Pins Blog team would like to thank everyone who came out to the Fall 2015 Gathering pin trading event! If you haven't heard by now, we hosted our first pin trading event in Orlando, FL at the B Resort & Spa in the American Kitchen restaurant on Walt Disney World® Resort property. The event was November 8, 2015 from Noon to 3 p.m. There was pin trading, a door prize, silent auction and 6 new pin releases from Hong Kong! Above all, the event benefited our partnered charity, Give Kids The World.
In total, there were 131 guests and $2,032 raised for GKTW!! THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support such an amazing charity and have a fun, relaxing Sunday afternoon of pin trading.
Also thank you again to the Disney Pins Blog team who helped out at the event; Jennifer Romano, Matt Diaz and Megan Robinson, all of the silent auction sponsors below, finally Holland Hayes for donating the live auction pins and announcing the silent auction winners. The pin that Holland donated for the live auction raised an additional $300 for Give Kids The World!
